Brief Answer:
Screen for Syphilis and Genital Herpes at 4 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

A condom protected sex guards against common STDs like Hiv, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and these STDs can be ruled out altogether if your condom was intact.
However, a condom reduces risk of herpes (by 50%) and Hpv but does not guards against these STDs completely. This is because a condom covers only a portion of shaft of penis and leaves a lot of adjacent genital skin i.e base of shaft of penis and pubic skin exposed for skin to skin contact and contact with vaginal secretions during a sexual intercourse. A syphilitic ulcer is uncommon but not impossible at the base of penile shaft, pubic skin and scrotum where vaginal secretions may have come in contact with these exposed skin surfaces.
I cannot give you the exact chances of each of these STD's in your case because it depends on multiple factors like the duration of sexual contact, whether your sexual partner had active STDs (e.g Genital Herpes) at the time of sexual contact Or were they inactive (Silent herpes).
Therefore I suggest that you get tested for Genital Herpes and Syphilis at 4 weeks. A blood test for herpes with ELISA for type 1 & 2 Hsv (IgG and IgM) at 4 weeks and a blood test for syphilis with RPR test at 4 weeks.
