Brief Answer:
No HIV risk

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question.
Thankfully I have today internet connectivity and been able to respond.

Reg question; from the activity you describe there is negligible risk.
It is to be informed that there has never been a confirmed infection of HIV through open mouthed kissing. It is very unlikely that the virus would be able to get into your blood stream. Firstly there is an enzyme in saliva that actually inhibits HIV transmission. Regardless if your partner had a bleeding lip or not or your having a tooth surgery it does not make a difference with respect to transmission.
Hope this suffices.
Regards

Dear Dr , I don't had any open mouth kiss. It was just closed mouth kiss , where she brushed her upper lip with my lower lip for a second. Felt little moist. No exchange of tongue or saliva. Also I didn't taste any blood and didn't know anything about her dental condition.
