Question: Wanted to know if during intercourse, I can do smooching (involving mouth to mouth exchange of saliva) and sucking of boobs (lactating or not) without risking myself for contracting HIV because otherwise it kills pleasure? Am I at risk from secreting boobs?
I have a small mole/wart (pointed/towered with multiple heads) on the shaft of my penis (just at the attachment point with the body that does not cover up while I wear a condom). Can that be a risk for me? It doesn't bleed or anything and the sensation of touch isn't extraordinary.
I am in not happy with my marriage for emotional reasons.
Hence, I have relationship outside marriage.

Can I increase the size of my penis at this age? Is vaigra safe to take? Safest brand to try without prescription

As regards your doubt about acquiring HIV due to mouth to mouth kissing or kissing boobs I would like to state that HIV is transmitted only through intra vaginal or anal sex with HIV +ve female and never by mouth to mouth kissing or exchange of saliva .

As regards the a swelling that you have at the base of the penis is a sebaceous cyst with multiple punctums (Openings).It needs to get excised in Toto .

Consult qualified general Surgeon for clinical assessment and get it removed in Toto.

It is a simple surgery done under local anesthesia as a out patient procedure .

Thanks for answer.

Sucking boobs can lead to some secretion from my female partner. Isn't that risky?

Also, whether I am at risk during my vaginal sexual intercourse with condom not covering the cyst? My cyst has been there for quite some time fro about 2-3 years and nor I dont feel any discomfort of any sort neither it leaks.

Can I take some vaigra or a treatment for penis enlargement?

Please answer these Q's as well.

Breast secretions do not contain HIV virus hence there is no risk of acquiring HIV by breast sucking .

Since it is possible to get your sebaceous cyst being contaminated with vaginal secretions ,possibility of acquiring HIV can not be ruled out even with using condom .Hence it is safe to remove it .

sir which specialization of doctor to consider......dermatologist or some specialized surgeon.......I was trying to searcb a doctor via practo app......not able to find a surgeon especially.........some dermatologists have categorised wart removal as one of their services. This will be my last question.
