Brief Answer:
unlikely to enter your blood

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is good that your results are negative.
I do not see any possibility of blood from HIV patient in nurse hand.she also will be equally worried as you with HIV patients.
Even if it is so nail touches syringe unlikely to touch needle and enter your blood.
So relax and do not worry about such incident.
You can relax and allay anxiety.

Brief Answer:
not due to HIV, needs further investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

cd4 / cd8 ratio is less than 1 both the times. As your hiv results are negative it is not due to HIV.

It can be due to alcohol intake, streoid intake, anemia etc. You can go for a complete hemogram with bone marrow test for ruling out any other causes.

Brief Answer:
to rule out anemia and other causes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Bone marrow test or biopsy to rule out any anemia leukemia or lymphoma etc or any drug effects.
Unlikely for seborheic dermatitis to cause it but seborheic dermatitis is found in those with lower ratio.
You can get back for any clarification else close the discussion and rate.
