Question: Hi i recieved oral sex from a girl with HIv status unknown. Two days later i got the flu with 4 days of fever and then a week of bad congestion. I then had some signs of uretheritis and got antibiotics for that. Also had a little rash on the butt for a few days - worried about HIV. Feeling fine now

The transmission of HIV by oral sex is very rare.
The flu symptoms may be due to respiratory contact with the girl or any other person.

The urethritis symptoms does not indicate presence of HIV.The rash in gluteal region may be due to fungal infection or else.
I do not see possibility of HIV from this episode.
