Thanks for your response. The the sex was protected, however, afterwards I obviously then removed the condom. So, I'm wondering if she had any dried bodily (vaginal?) fluid on her hands / fingers, whether this could have been transmitted to me when she touched my penis tip (about one hour later). Also, I have heard that HIV can be transmitted through micro abrasions on the penis. Even though the penis shaft was protected by a condom, could the virus be transmitted to me during sex, via the scrotum? There are no sores here but I do have eczema in this region.
Thanks for your time again.

Brief Answer:
Take up an HIV DUO test
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The virus does not survive outside the body in dried secretions so it is unlikely that the virus would survive on her hands/fingers.
Theoretically virus can transmit through non-intact eczematous skin on scrotum if the vaginal secretion came into direct contact with eczematous scrotal skin during sexual contact.
Therefore you may take up a blood test for HIV at 1 month post sexual contact with an HIV DUO test.
