Brief Answer:
Chances of Gonorrhea and Chlamydia following oral sex is remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
1. Oral sex with a women, (woman on men), carries a least risk for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.
2. Gonorrhea will have obvious florid manifestation whereas Chlamydia has sbtle symptoms. (mild burning during urination)
3. Gonorrhea can be diagnosed by a urethral swab and culture on special media for Gonorrhea. Chlamydia can be diagnosed with blood test (PCR).
4. Urine examination will reveal infection. It could be STD or nonSTD. Only specific test reveals the nature of infection.

Doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I received oral sex from a woman 1.5 years ago. I dint test untill yesterday.
I tested Urine Analysis test only yesterday and it showed WBC 2-3 hpf.

1) Testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea 1.5 years after exposure will show up in Urine Analysis test?
2) Shall i be 100% Sure i dont have Chlamydia and Gonorrhea since i tested WBC 2-3 hpf?
3) I read in the Internet the untreated long term Chlamydia and Gonorrhea will eneter into blood. Is it true?
4) If it enters into blood what test i should do for finding Chlamydia and Gonorrhea in blood.

5) what are all the std test should i take after receiving oral sex from a women.

Brief Answer:
When there is no symptoms so far you can ignore.Oral sex carries low risk.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
1. Pus cells in urine deposit more than 5 is pathological and indicative of infection. Anything less than 5 pus cells can be present in normal individuals and can be ignored.
2. It is 100% sure that you are not having Gonorrhea and Chlamydia provided if the urine analysis is correct.
3. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia would not remain symptomless for more than a year. Even if left untreated it would lead to complications like prostatitis, epididymitis etc. Entering into blood means severe signs and symptoms would be expected.
4. Blood PCR test for chlamydia and gonococcal cuture from blood will reveal the infection. It is quite unlikely.
5. If there is no symptoms so far you can ignore the incident.
Yeast and herpes are common to have following oral sex. Tests for syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis can be done.

Dear Doctor,

Thanks for your message.

1) Testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea 1.5 years after exposure will show up in Urine Analysis test? Please clearly reply for this. 1.5 years after exposure will show in urine analysis?
2) Suppose if Chlamydia & Gonorrhea enters into blood it is still be found in urine analysis test? What im asking is the infection will be present both in urine and blood?
3) Many websites says that we cannot rely on Urine Analysis test for infection of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. They are recommending only PCR test in urine for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Why do they recommend such very expensive test other than having a simple and less cost urine analysis test.
4) Herpes infection transmission can occur even without any visible sores? bcoz when the lady gave me oral she dint have any visible sore in her mouth.
5) Is any STD (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, Hepatitis A,B,C, Syphilis, Herpes) transmitted through a spit contaminated with blood hits the nearby person eye & mouth? You know many people spits when they speak. Will this spit contaminated with blood in mouth when hits the nearby person when standing closely will transmit any STDs?

Thanks for all your help.

Brief Answer:
Simple urine test will not reveal Gonorrhea and Chlamydia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
1. Urine analysis after 1.5 years would not directly detect Gonorrhea and Chlamydia when there is no acute symptoms. It would indicate just whether there is any infection or not?
2. When they are present in blood, urine also will reflect the presence of infection.
3. Simple urine analysis will not confirm Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Special tests only can confirm the same.
4. Viral shedding might be possible in the absence of any obvious lesion if that individual has Herpes infection. But not throughout the year, but only around the time of manifestations (before or after for few days).
5. STD organisms can not be transmitted through air born or droplet infection and they will not survive outside the body. With spit droplets, chances of transmission of STDs are almost nil.
