Brief Answer:
Benefit in multiple sclerosis, not in Parkinson's.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic.

If you mean personal experience I would say that while it is not legal in my country marijuana is still widely used and as a result I have quite a few patients having tried it (with or without my suggestion having read themselves online). Mainly they have been multiple sclerosis patients, a condition for which there have also been several studies showing that marijuana helps with spasticity. So far the experience has been good, it has had some beneficial effects without side effects (at least short term side effects, long term ones need years of follow up).

I wonder what condition you are asking for though, you do not specify that. Judging from your age and the fact you mention levodopa I suppose you mean a Parkinson syndrome (Parkinson's disease or other conditions with similar manifestations). I must say I haven't a lot of experience in Parkinson's, only one patient who used it for pain and didn't report any improvement. Literature is not very encouraging either, there are very few studies with very small numbers of patients and those didn't show much benefit for Parkinson's symptoms. Only one showed some minor benefit for therapy induced dyskinesia (abnormal movements appearing after long time levodopa therapy, a long term side effect of therapy not from the disease).

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
