Brief Answer:
Oral thrush, Oral Hairy leukoplakia, ulcers are HIV manifestations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Your question shows that your are extremely anxious about HIV.
There are many oral signs which can manifest in HIV disease. But most of the occur only after 5- 7 years after the possible infection and not earlier.
Moreover almost all these manifestations are not specific only to HIV except one or two. So only with the a reactive blood HIV test, we can say it could be due to HIV beyond any doubt.

1. Oral thrush -- curdy white deposit over inner aspect of mouth, cheek, lip and palate
2. Oral hairy leukoplakia- Glistening vertical lines on the lateral aspect of tongue
3. Herpes ulcers not healing for more than a month.
4. Recurrent apthous ulcers.
5. Gingivitis
6 Glossitis
7.Kaposis Sarcoma etc. can occur as HIV manifestation.
Most of these manifestation can occur even without HIV disease.

Brief Answer:
HIV test after 12 weeks is conclusive

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
12 Weeks after the high risk contact the antibody based test becomes conclusive. So you can very well get tested and rule out the possibility of HIV.
HIV early symptoms may mimic that of FLU like syndrome. They are not at all conclusive to say whether they are pertained to HIV or not. Only laboratory tests will confirm or rule out HIV. As you had already crossed 90 days , the tests are very well reliable.

Brief Answer:
Nothing about your sexual activity. Testing is conclusive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome once again.
You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activity. When was your last contact? With whom?
Furnish these details. But instead of getting prediction you can go for testing and get more authenticated results.

Brief Answer:
Testing and ruling out STD/HIV is safe and conclusive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
You had your sex contact on 8th September with condoms. But you had your second contact with your girl friend without condom. Nobody would accept that they were having multiple contacts or they have any STD/HIV at the time of sex contact. More over even if she had been tested negative for STD/HIV, there was a possibility of she was being in window period.
All those who had either STD or HIV not necessarily have symptoms during the early days. So it is better to get tested for HIV/STD during appropriate time according to the guidance of your physician and get cleared yourself that you are free from HIV/STD.

Which Test gives me Exact Result ?

Is weight Loss occurs without any symptoms if we Infected with HIV ?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Weight loss in HIV is not an early symptom.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome back.

Weight loss also can happen when the individual's immunity fallen down. That is after CD4 count fell below 400 cells. That can happen after 5 years. Not early.
You can get tested after a month or so . That is after 90 days after your 2nd contact with ELISA or 4th generation COMBO/DUO test. It rules out both HIV 1 and 2. More reliable.
