Brief Answer:
Not only stroke, other health problems are consider

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Usually stroke is suspected when you have a previous history of cardio-vascular disease or hyperlipidemia (high blood cholesterol levels).

Staggering with problems with speech might be also associated with other health problems at your age:
- Sclerosis
- Alzheimer's disease
- brain problems

So, if such symptoms are appearing all the time, I advise to get further evaluate by your doctor. Further tests are needed:
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- EEG
- blood work
- lipid profile testing
- diabetes testing

and other neurological tests that your doctor would advise after physical examination.

Please monitor your blood pressure/sugar levels, record the results and pass them to your doctor.

Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further queries!

Brief Answer:
Advised to go for neurological testing...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

If all the tests you mentioned were negative, then, everything could be related to any brain issue. Please follow up with the neurologist to find out the real culprit.

All the best!
