Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Bilateral THR is very successful surgery. You can live almost normal life after that. Only few precautions needed.
1. Avoid smoking and drinking, as chances of failure high in these patients.
2. Avoid squatting and sitting cross-legged as joint can come out of cup.
3. Running, jumping though can be possible, avoid it as it damages surface of joint.
4. Take calcium and vitamin d to make stronger bone. It will prevent implant loosening.

Brief Answer:
No limitations for such activities

Detailed Answer:
hello ,
as I told you there is no much restriction apart from I mentioned.
1. You can lift weight till you are comfortable. lifting weight is not directly harm ful for hip. Weight lifting above shoulder is not recommended.
2 . There is no limitation for walking with normal speed. You should not do jogging or running though.
3. There is no specific exercises needed after THR because it is artificial joint . You should not gain weight , so walking daily for one to two kilometre is good.
4. you can drive as much as you want. Driving is not directly damages hip.
so in short try to feel as normal as possible. Let me know if I missed some thing.
thanks for follow up question.
