Sir i am here again. Sir i am following same 1 capsule of turmeric which i had already shown you picture.
Now sir a slight vomit feelings finished from last 2 days. Neck pains also finished. Ear pains finished but sir still a problem is there. A slight dullness is felt from my right ear to the end of throat and tha same area of neck. Its not pain its tiredness in right side area and right side of throat. Sir When it will be finished??? I am in a fear that when i will leave the turmeric capsule it will again increase to same level amd to under chin pains etc. My stomsch is ok. I still thinks as slight ear problem is there which is reduced to much from previous condition. For example my ear us like if i swallow sliva i have a slight feeling something in right ear .. its not pain but not ok also.
Kindly answer one more question.
Can i take a herbal medicine of multi maca??

Sir its not only my mind thought. My right side of face and neck are having dull pain. I am not over reacting. Its all other pains are finished. Can u please tell me how much time it will take to normal.??
Infact sir i am touching my back of throat right side with tounge and a a slight bump o felt . That may be natural. But sir face right side ear thorat and neck all in right side are slightly dull pain .
How many days i should continue turmeric capsules??
Can i take multi maca with that??

Sir i have another issue now. My finger nails are slightly change from skin. Means skin is leaving the nail are in my two fingers. I am feard about yeast infection. Kindly check the images and tell me is that yeast infection??? Sir how can i stop thought of hiv. This condition i know i had may be before or may b not serious but kindly confirm that.

Sir if u check image in red circle area. Skin is slightly swollen and leaving nails. Means skin is also slightly separated from nail. Is not a type yeast infection??

2nd sir yesterday night i could not sleep properly , i had a headache back side of head. And all night i felt hottness and feet were feeling hot. I checked my temperature. It s exactly 36.7c. No fever but i felt warmness in hands.
Now i dont know what is the reason . Stress or medicines.
As i told you yesterday i took 500mg of multi maca and turmeric capsules. Should i leave multi maca and wait for turmeric to be finished?? I was taking centrum multivitamin also and i forget may b yesterday i have taken that also. Kindly tell me what is the possible reason for this hot XXXXXXX in hands and feet and back headpain. ?? And tell me how and when i should take these medicines.
You are perfectly right my dedications are weak towards meditation or yoga. But i am trying and i think i have reduced stressed from before. Because now pains are also less. Kindly answer

Sir now problem is i have still cold or flue slight feeling in my ears
Sir from last 2 nights i have not slept properly. I slep only 4 or 3 and half hour. I wake up without any alarm. It takes 1 or two hours to go in proper sleep. I was never like this. Sleep was not an issue for me in my whole life. I am trying meditations but i dont know what is the proper ways and also my stress level is reduced from past week. Kindly suggest something.

Is there any medicine that can solve this issue?? Because sir now i am taking turmeric capsule and i did not skipped a single day and no doubt its working. But sir a dull pain in righr side area and neck sometimes or back of head. I dont know when it will be finished. I am tired from these things sir. I am feared of same things which i want to avoid. I need a sleep sir. No doubt my routine is disturbed of sleeping because i am in saudi arabia and here due to ramzan working hours are very different to get a continues sleep. Is that possible u suggest some medicine that i can take with turmeric???

Sir with due respect as why i cannot take antibiotics?? I am not a doctor sir but i just want to know that will work in my case or not?
Sir slight pain is in the muscle of shoulder that is comming from the right side same area of neck and ear. Thats why i am thinking it is related with same flue or any other problem.
Sir still u don't think my immune system is weak??? A simple flue is not going from 3 weeks?? Or may b before i have throat pains.
Same type of pains in thorat i had in January. Then reduced and finished. Now again came last month. Does not that a problem??
And sir does paracetamol is a permanent solution??
