Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If you tell me the clinical symptoms you have then it will be more helpful.

Concor is Bisoprolol which is given for hypertension and to get protection from dysrrhthmias of heart.

Ecospirin and atorvas (atorvastatin) is given to decrease blood cholesterol and to increase blood circulation including coronary arteries of heart.

Nitrocont is given to relax the coronary arteries and increase cardiac blood circulation. It also decreases blood pressure.

Calcimax is a mineral and calcium supplement.

Ultracet is a pain killer which is a combination of tramadol and paracetamol.
Calcimax and ultracet are most likely given for problems like arthritis or body pain. Others are given for increasing blood circulation in heart and to decrease blood pressure.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
