Question: Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor'. Please type I noticed white clumped spots on the area between behind the head of my penis and the foreskin attached to it. When I touch it, it doesnt hurt and i hard and feels like small grains. I wanted to know if you had an idea of what it might be?I am not sexually active so I dont think its an STI. Also my urine does not burn, it has burned a couple times but it was before this happend. I dont think I have penile discharge, the only time there is a discharge is during masturbation. I was doing some research on it and i came across penile yeast infection but i always keep good hygiene by showering and washing that area daily . I could attach a more clear photo if you need.your question here...

Brief Answer:
syndrome approach

Detailed Answer:
Please see that you have past history of burning urination so urine test was advised .
As your symptoms are nonspecific , in such cases usually syndromic approach is used .
Here Itraconazole is an antifungal and azithromycin is an antibiotic. These are both prescription medicines and to be taken after confirming diagnosis with your doctor.
In addition you may apply terbinafine ointment . It is an anti-fungal preparation.
