Thanks for your query.

Weird feeling in neck and throat could be because of some irritation--

1.It could be because of reflux of food in food pipe from stomach ie acidity or heart burn, ( Note--even if you do not feel it, there are chances of reflux )
So you need to take antacid syrups and life style modification like-
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food
Avoid late night coffee
Avoid constipation

2. It could be because of nasal infections or discharge dripping down the throat , you must be aware of that ie if you have recurrent nasal blockage , discharge , allergic problems etc.

It it is there then consult an ENT specialist and get examined, you may need a CT scan of nose and sinuses.

3. I suppose that you have not shouted or misused your voice , if yes then it will settle down in few days.

Get well soon .
If in doubt do reply .
