Question: WIFE XXXXXXX HAVE THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS TODAY:
SUDDEN KALEIDOSCOPE LIGHTS, HEADACHE, TIGHTENING PRESSURE AROUND THE CAROTID ARTERY AREAS OF THE NECK, LIGHT HEADED FEELING LIKE I STOOD UP TOO FAST FEELING. FELL ASLEEP TWICE AFTERWARDS. SENSE OF MALAISE. ANY THOUGHTS PLEASE.

I understand your concern.
Your wife's symptoms are suggestive of conditions that involve blood flow to her brain. This may be due to a number of possible causes varying from simple conditions like exhaustion, mild dehydration to cerebrovascular diseases that interfere with blood flow. Is she known to have any condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol abnormalities or migraine?
If she is not better, it may be good to have her examined by doctor and investigated if necessary.
