Question: Exactly a week ago I was vomiting and had diarrhea for a day, but since then I've been feeling "gross" . It comes and goes for most of the day.

As per your query,your gastro intestinal tract got infected.
It is due to ingestion of contaminated food or water.
Please take antibiotic Ofloxacin with Ornidazole,anti spasmodic Dicyclomine along with Rabeprazole and domperidone.
If you feel weak,please take Oral rehydration solution sachets.
Nothing to worry.
