I have been using Triamcinolon cream for a year and still itch under breasts and around throat areas.
Now have a more XXXXXXX feeling of itching. Take Pepcid and Norvasc. Have been to dermatologist and he
prescribed fluocinonide crème. This made me turn redder around the areas treated. Am tired of itching. What to do?

Brief Answer:
fungal infection, aggravation with steroid

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
You might be suffering from a fungal infection called Tinea cruris.
Application of steroids like triamcinolone can cause you more harm than benefit.

Please upload a photograph of the lesion, this will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
There is an option to upload photograph on right side of query page.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Thank you
