Here are common post operative precautions you need to take care of for 3 to 6 weeks depending on your complete recovery

1] Avoid straining at work
2] Do not lift weight
3] Do not stoop
4] Avoid sitting on the floor
5] Avoid Squatting
6] Do not sit cross legged
7] Avoid Constipation
8] If you get cough or upper respiratory track infection get back to your doctor in priority
9] Avoid physical relation with your partner
