Underarms hurt after severe cough. Sensation of vessels popping. Muscles start to hurt. What can be done?

My underarm (armpit area) hurts when I cough to the point it feels that the vessle is going to pop. I have been coughing a lot to the point my stomach muscles hurt

The pain in the armpit area while coughing might be related to -
1. Infection of the pleura- pleurisy.
2. Chest infection- pneumonia.
3. Muscle sprain due to excessive coughing- sprain of pectoralis minor can cause such a symptom.
4. Swollen lymph nodes in the armpit.
