Two Small Mole Like Sores On Crown Of My 11

Question: Two small mole like sores on crown of my 11 year olds head. When I cut his hair in December around Christmas these growths were not there. The yellowish color spot feels flat and squishy about the size of top of thumb tac. the smaller mole is raised little bumpy.

The images are not very clear. They blur out when I try to zoom in, however, they seem like those of Nevus Sebaceous. Are the patches hairless?or do they have hair emerging through them? I request you to kindly upload clear images. Another possibility is that they could be warts/ verrucae.
