Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Treatment of acne depends upon type and severity of lesions one is having
I would be in better position to address your concern if you could let me know what kind of lesions you are having
1) if you are having more of black heads or white heads or small red raised lesions or pus filled lesions or nodules and cysts
2) if lesions are few or face is more or less full of these lesions
Uploading an image of concerned area wild be very helpful.

As a general recommendation
Use a salicylic acid based face wash like saslic face wash
Use water based moisturiser for acne prone skin like acne moist
Apply clindamycin gel over acne lesions in morning and tretinoin cream ( retino a) in night. Do not apply excess cream and do not rub too much as can lead to irritation and redness
If having comedones get them extracted regularly.
Apply Kojic cream over pigmented spots.

As far as oral medicines are concerned, whether these are required in your case or not, I will be able to comment only when you have answered my queries.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back.
Apart from the face wash, topical creams I have advised earlier, you may start taking tablet azithromycin 500 mg three consecutive days in a week( say mon, Tuesday and Wednesday). It might take three to four weeks for the lesions to settle completely. Also make it a point to get the blackheads extracted.
Vitamins or minerals are not required in acne as it is not due to any vitamin deficiency.
Hope that answers your query

Ps should there be no more query, we may close the discussion.
