Question: My tongue is solid white, and it seems to be thicker, swollen somewhat. I have a lesion on one side. The lesion is like a Bump.

It will be helpful if you mention any oral inhalers you are taking.

White tongue is usually due to dehydration,oral candidiasis.
Other cause can be leukoplakia.

Thickening of the tongue means that there is associated glossitis i.e. inflammation of the tongue.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined at an oral clinic for knowing the cause of your symptom.

You should maintain hygiene of your oral cavity.
Drink lots of pure water daily.
