Thanks for your query.

Important aspects of your query are:
•     44 year old male
•     Known case of hypothyroidism and acid reflux
•     Complaints of: head sweats and tingling over face with consumption of orange or use of citrus based cleaner

In your case possible causes of your symptoms in order of preference:
•     If problem started after onset of acid reflux problem then it is related to it. As body is conditioned to show these kinds of symptoms even on exposure to articles containing very light acid like citric acid.
•     If this problem is for long duration then it may related to allergy to these articles
•     Vitamins deficiency
•     In last hormonal imbalance like hypothyroidism

So to relieve these symptoms following measures will help you: treatment for acid reflux and hypothyroidism, multivitamins capsule like Becosules once per day.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.

Wish you good health.
