If counseling and psychiatrist not so helpful combine with medicine also a good choice for you.

Medicine used to treat depression also can relieve anxiety too called antidepression medicine. A combination of a varied diet and regular exercise might be helpful in overcoming your anxiety and depression. Regarding your panic disorder, you might also worry about having panic attacks in the future.

The cognitive-behavioral therapy from you talks to your psychologist or counselor about the thing you think and do. They can help you to change how you think about your situation and how you react to it. The medicine for depression or anxiety can help you with panic disorder.
