Question: There are continues burps , acidic body type , sometimes headache due to acidity, digestion has become slow, minor signs of fatty liver

1. get some basic test if not done prior like cbc, liver function test, thyroid and stool examination.
2. Worthwhile getting an endoscopy if associated vomiting, difficulty in swallowing, weight loss, or severe/recurrent symptoms
3. go for regular brisk walk
4. eat on time
5. exercise regularly
6. develop some hobbies
7 sleep adequately for 8 hrs (very important)
8 avoid stress
9 avoid coffee, aerated drinks, tobacco, smoking, alcohol if any.
10 avoid sleeping or lying down 2 hours after meals
11 take small frequent meals
12 do some yoga and mind relaxation techniques

Also if headache is severe it could be migraine like symptoms and can aggravate acidity controlling it promptly with medications will help.
can also try taking antacids like nexpro RD 20 once a day before breakfast and see how you feel.
all this will help you in long run.
