Question: The sharp pain persists in the ball of my foot when I walk Lasting three weeks now. Have seen a podiatrist. Have been icing, resting, and wearing larger shoes. Still no relief. Should I get an injection?

You are doing right treatment at home with rest, ice, wide orthopaedic shoes and advil
With this treatment the symptoms should have cleared up in these three weeks.
