Question: My hdl is 92 my ldl is 92 and my triglycerides are 57 is this bad do I need to go to the doctor?

HDL is good cholesterol / more the merrier / > 40 is good; > 60 is excellent
LDL is bad cholesterol / less, the better (< 100 is ideal)
Triglyceride less than 150 is normal...
