Terrible pains in lower left side of abdomen. Reason?

Hi I am having terrible pains in my lower left side of the abdoman and also have a lower back pain. I also have labour pain feeling , I am 53 year old.

The information provided is inadequate but these type of pains are usually associated with calculus

Is there any history of any urinary symptoms, like burning, pus in urine, blood in urine ?
Or any associated bowel disturbances, along with nausea and vomiting ?
