Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

Let me know the associated symptoms along with abdominal pain.
Do you have acidic belching/ abdominal discomfort/ excessive flatulence/ vomiting/ constipation/ watery diarrhea?
What is the type of abdominal pain?
What is the location of abdominal pain?
Do you have frequent urge to use washroom?
Does this pain increase on taking meals?
What are relieving and aggravating factor for abdominal pain?

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ general surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for complete blood count, serum amylase, liver function test, x XXXXXXX abdomen and ultrasound imaging studies.
Treatment depends on the diagnosed disease.
Meanwhile, you should take proton pump inhibitors along with antispasmodics for relief of your symptoms.
