Question: THE X RAY SHOWS THAT THE NASAL PRESSURE NEAR MY BACK SIDE SHOULDER NECK IS SUPPRESSED .THE MEDICINE HAS BEEN OFF FOR 3 MONTHS .AT PRSENT LEFT ARM AND LEFT LEG ARE IN COMPLETE PAIN AND THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CHEST HURTS A LITTEL BIT AND I FEEL RESTLESS DURING THE DAY .AND ALL THE JOINTS OF THE BODY HURT.NAUSEA OCCURS SOMETIMES

As per your narration,it is very likely that you are suffering from prolapsed cervical disc causing compression neuropathy,thus causing pain in unilateral limbs.
Kindly share the images of your x ray,blood work and other investigations,so that I can evaluate your case further.
Has your MRI Scan being procured?
Some common treatment modalities for such patients include physical therapy, injections for increased nerve pressure,use of hard bed,life style modifications,cervical collar and massage.
Other treatments focus on reducing pain and discomfort with over-the-counter painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin and hot fomentation.
At times,Anti-seizure medications and Antidepressants are also prescribed.
You can take Ondansetrone 8mg thrice a day and a PPI like Pantaprazole 40 mg for nausea.
It is to be taken empty stomach.

Each nerve is surrounded by a protective covering called myelin sheath whicj is predominantly made up of Vitamin B12,
A lack of B12 damages the myelin sheath thus causing nerve dysfunction and peripheral neuropathy.
Neurobione forte would supplement B12 and would ensure proper functioning of the nerves and brain.
