Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

As per your narration,it is very likely that you are suffering from prolapsed cervical disc causing compression neuropathy, thus causing pain in unilateral limbs.

Kindly share the images of your x ray, blood work and other investigations,so that I can evaluate your case further.
Has your MRI Scan being procured?

Some common treatment modalities for such patients include physical therapy, injections for increased nerve pressure, use of hard bed, life style modifications, cervical collar and massage.
Other treatments focus on reducing pain and discomfort with over-the-counter painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin and hot fomentation.
At times,Anti-seizure medications and Antidepressants are also prescribed.

You can take Ondansetrone 8mg thrice a day and a PPI like Pantaprazole 40 mg for nausea.
It is to be taken empty stomach.

Waiting for your revert.

Take care.
Best regards.

Reports show cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Thanks for sharing your reports.
They show cervical spondylosis which is the root cause of neuropathic pain in you.

Avoid pillow while sleeping.
Use cervical collar.
Please see a physiotherapist and learn the physical exercises.
Do hot fomentation.
Take Over the counter NSAIDs like Ibuprofen round the clock.

If the symptoms do not improve, please see your Consultant.
In such scenario,Doctors usually escalate the treatment in the form of Corticosteroids, muscle relaxants,anti-seizure medications, and antidepressants.

Brief Answer:
Reports show cervical spondylosis and compression neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Yes.....you can.

Ibuprofen is a NSAID which would relieve the pain and reduce the inflammation and swelling.

Each nerve is surrounded by a protective covering called myelin sheath whicj is predominantly made up of Vitamin B12,
A lack of B12 damages the myelin sheath thus causing nerve dysfunction and peripheral neuropathy.
Neurobione forte would supplement B12 and would ensure proper functioning of the nerves and brain.

Once-daily proton pump inhibitor (PPI) therapy (Like Omee in your case) is almost always co prescribed with NSAIDs to prevent gastric erosion, development ulcers and hyper acidity symptoms.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.

Regards.
