Brief Answer:
Intralesional steroid injections can be tried

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you. I have viewed the Images

It is a raised hypertrophic scar. I would suggest intralesional injections of triamcinolone acetonide 40mg/ml. To be repeated every 3 weeks. These would considerably flatten the raised scar.

Brief Answer:
Regarding treatment for hypertrophic scar

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

There are no major side effects of this injection. It may have to be repeated every 3 weeks depending on the area that needs to be treated. A bigger area might need more injections. With treatment the scar would flatten and become more pliable. That would increase range of movement at wrist joint
