You are probably suffering from jaw joint inflammation. It is not a permanent disease and is treatable with medicines.
Please send me the picture of the xray done and tell me what medicine have you been taking so far.
Avoid chewing any hard things like nuts for few days.
Take calcium supplements.
Mouth opening is adequate.
Any history of tobacco chewing?

Thanks for the information.
The xray shows left joint changes.
Take a combination of diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily and calcium supplements.
Avoid chewing on hard things.
Take all medicines for a week .
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
