Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Are you concerned and asking about seizures or migraine?
Idiopathic seizures at this age with normal MRI and eeg require blood investigations for metabolic causes like blood sugar, Thyroid profile, serum sodium, renal function test, liver function test.
Antiepileptics drugs used are to be mentioned with details and dosage.
Levetiracetam, Valproate or phenytoin can be used for seizure.
Migraine attacks can be tackled with life style modification like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding triggers like fasting, stress, excessive tea or coffee or chocolate.
Valproate can be used for both seizure and migraine prophylaxis.
Other useful drugs may be Flunarizine or amitryptiline.
Pain killers can be taken for acute attacks.
