Suggest Ways To Rule Out Bartholin Gland Cyst

Question: Thank you for considering these concerns I have regarding a possible Bartholin cyst:
It's sort of squishy/sort of firm, and I have had it for years. There's no pain, but it seems to be growing. I have a dreadful fear of doctors. Also, my period stopped for 7 and a half months, and now I am on day 8, finally tapering off. Is this sort of interruption to be expected as I proceed through menopause?

Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Yes the period pattern is very typical of menopausal changes.
However it is imperative to have an ultrasound scan and Pap smear to confirm that this is the case.
Also it sounds like a Bartholin cyst, but I would need to look at actual pictures to confirm this diagnosis.
So please upload pictures regarding the same.
All the best.
