Question: I get severe migraine headache twice a week.I tried taking crocin pain relief, combiflam but the pain does not go away. Its really painful. Please help.

Migraine management require preventive steps like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding triggers like fasting, stress, excessive tea or coffee and chocolates.
For regular pain or frequently occurring pain, prophylaxis therapy using propranolol, Topiramate, Valproate, Flunarizine.
Pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be used for pain relief.

In my patients, I prefer Naxdom 500 mg twice daily with amitryptiline 10 mg at night and Sibelium 10 mg at night.
You need to get prescription by a doctor especially neurologist.
