Question: i am getting lot of pimples due to stress and even otherwise what should i do.i took isotorein but it dint help.can u suggest some good medicine

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I suggest you to use Clindoxyl gel (1% clindamycin + 5% benzoyl peroxide), twice daily over active acne. In addition I suggest you to take Cap. Involym 408mg once daily. Its a prescription medicine.
Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.
