Brief Answer:
supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Tonsillar ulcers can resolve on its own in a week or two. Yes these antibiotics will help but more importantly, supportive care, use of topical anesthetic gels, corticosteroids gels, use of vitamin B supplements etc along with garlic water mouth rinses and fluid diet helps. Good oral hygiene and salt water gargles also help. Moxikind and cefodox both are almost same in mechanism of action so using either one of them alone would be sufficient. Even use of any antibiotics is surplus if there is ne fevr associated with it.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
