Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that all your readings of blood pressure as well as heart rate are normal or almost normal and there is nothing to worry regarding these readings.

The normal recommended range of blood pressure for an adult is less than 140 / 90 mmhg. Bp is said to he low if it goes below 95 mmhg systolic.

The normal recommended range of heart rate is between 60 to 100 beat per min.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards

Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback.

If you feel symptomatic then I would like to suggest you to get few tests done

1. Complete Blood Count
2. Thyroid function test
3. Echocardiography

Also would like to suggest you to increase your daily water intake and consume a bit of extra salt in your diet.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind regards
