Hi,
Pain is basically in lower abdomen on right side. Its like chronic pain. Also whole abdomen pains due to gastric problem.

Yes, the pain disturbs my sleep.

I have taken 9 months treatment for TB as prescribed.

But after the treatment also there was no relief so i was referred to Gasteroentrologist. Then colonoscopy was done and ulcertion was found for which i have taking medicine from last 2 months.

Also CT scan was done. All the reports...colonoscopy,biopsy of sample from colonoscopy, CT and medicine prescription was uploaded by me already. Plz check.

Sir,let me konw according to my current reports how long will be my treatment period and when will i start gaining weight,as my weight is jst 32 kg now nd HB 6.6 and ESR 55.And what about the pain....when will it be less.

Hi,
I went through the reports.
The colonoscopy findings are suggestive of either Ileocecal TB or Crohn's disease.
But the biopsy report is not suggestive of either of these two conditions.

In your first post you have mentioned that you have abdominal pain for 4-5 months and on treatment for 2 months.
In your second post you have mentioned that you took treatment for 9 months for TB. You have not mentioned whether the treatment is for Abdominal TB or lung TB.

I would like to know when was TB diagnosed.
How was it diagnosed? What tests were done to diagnose it?
What medications you took to treat TB.

Please upload the old reports also.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi Doctor,
This pain started last year on April ,then i went to a thr doctors in medicine opd reffered to surgical .The done some blood tests and CT...after seeing CT report theu started my TB treatment...but even after taking 6 months treatment there was no improvement seen ...they told improvement will be....treatment is not yet done. Then even after taking 9 months treatment for TB ...nothing changed instead the pain became chronic.

After that a i switched to take opinion again from medicine OPD...then i was referred to Gastro OPD.they performed this colonoscopy and found deep ulceration and started treatment for ulcers from last 2 months.

I will upload the previous CT report also. And for TB i was given some ATT kit .i don't have exact prescriptions for that now.

Brief Answer:
Repeat Biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through all the reports.
You have been prescribed medications for Crohn's disease now.
But the biopsy report is not suggestive of it.
The CT scan findings are suggestive of TB. But you did not get relief with TB medications.

Since there is no relief even after 2 months of treatment I would advise you to consult your doctor again to get a repeat biopsy done from the lesion in the ileocecal region and confirm the diagnosis first and plan further treatment.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
