Brief Answer:
Your mother findings suggests mildly raised SGOT and SGPT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your mother findings suggests mildly raised SGOT and SGPT.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes etc.

She may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, viral markers.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

SGOT is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

She should avoid high purine diet due to raised uric acid level. If it is persistently raised the she may need uricosuric drugs.
Creatinine level is towards upper limit and 1.0 mg/dl is acceptable.

She should continue other medicines.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
