Question: I want to loss weight, but it's too hard to leave sugar out, can you plzz help

you don't need to totally quit sugar, just decrease the use of fats.
Use sugar but minimally,increase the use of proteins.
Please add daily walks and aerobic exercises to your routine.
Maintain a food diary.
And also a weight record just to motivate you.
Alternatively you can use sugar free substitutes but don't use them frequently.
