Question: I have tried almost evry method to lose weight throughout the years.. The only thing that has worked for me is desoxyn.. What should I do?

- diet changes: avoid high calories/oily/processed foods; increase water intake; eat more fresh foods

- other factors include medications that would interfere weight loss negatively. If you are taking any other medication on regular basis ( other than desoxyn), you can send their names to me.
- age is another factor. I noted that you mentioned to be 70 years old. The metabolism rate is reduced at your age, making it difficult to assimilate the calories you take from foods you consume. In such cases, the emphasis is upon the foods you consume and physical activity
