Suggest Ways To Improve Breast Milk For Lactation

Question: i stopped breast feeding when she was 6 month nowshe is 10 months,now i am not having milk,so now she is not latching .i would like to produce milk back and fed her again with breast milk is it possible ??

Breastfeeding once stopped, is very difficult to restart after a period of 3 months.

You can try it by making the baby to suck your nipples frequently. If baby sucks the nipples frequently then there is a chance that you start lactating again.

There is no medicine which can help you on this.

Breast pump will not help and also it will be very painful.

Sucking by child also stimulates oxytonin and prolactin hormones.

Sucking by child is best.
