Question: hi.. am 5months pregnant now..could u pls suggest me wat to do to have a normal delivery

Thanks for the query to hcm,
At 20 + weeks of gestation if everything is normal in terms of blood pressure , baby's growth , no isoimmunization, or if its not a high risk pregnancy then chances of normal vaginal delivery solely depends of pelvic adequacy .i.e the passage, the growth of the foetus ( passenger) at term. ideally you should be starting on to pregnancy yoga from second trimester to allow stretching of pelvic ligaments and helping with agility during pregnancy.
you may start squatting exercises in the late third trimester that shall help the pelvic muscles and perineum to relax and allow easy passage during delivery.
There are no particular ways which can guarantee normal vaginal delivery, it all depends on the parameters at term, both mother's status and the foetal status.
All That Can Be Advised It That You Should Have Healthy Nutritious Diet, Avoid Eating Fried, Oily, Spicy Fast Foods To Avoid Bloating And Constipation, Drink Plenty Of Water Daily And Go For Evening Walks For Atleast 45 Min Daily.
