Brief Answer:
Flickering of Single Pupil Requires Clinical Examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand that you have flickering of your left pupil.

Flickering of Both Pupils is usually due to systemic issues like tiredness, stress etc

But
Flickering of One Eye Alone (in your case) left can be due to general problem or local problem.

Local Problem : can be
1. A tumour or
2. Dilatation of blood vessel or
3. Any infection or
4. Inflammation

To know the extent and level of involvement, we need to do a Clinical Examination and a Fundus Examination

I would request you to kindly consult a Neurosurgeon in Person

Hope you found the answer helpful.

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Best Wishes for Speedy Recovery
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
