Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for writing in to us with your query.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I can understand the mental trauma of loosing the pregnancy. Talk to your boyfriend and simply ask for the reason for such a behaiviour. Is he always non supportive or in this pregnancy issue he is acting like one. You can have another successful pregnancies, there is no problem with that.

But first discuss the issue with your bf, as pregnancy is a highly demanding emotionally and it is always great of you to have a caring partner. Regarding sleep, 2-3 hours of sleep is not enough over a day. Atleast 6-8 hrs of sleep is recommended. You can try low dose Alprazolam (0.25mg or 0.5mg), it is a prescription drug.

I hope everything will turn out well.

Please feel free to discuss anything you feel like.
