Brief Answer:
this is diabetes...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

any blood sugar measurement higher than 200mg/dL means diabetes mellitus. Your increased body weight predisposes to diabetes by increasing resistance to insulin. You should confirm diabetes and assess its severity by measuring your glucosylated hemoglobin A1c. This is a very useful index, which can be used to take treatment decisions.

I'm not sure whether you have any specific question or not, so please explain what you'd like to know...

I hope you find this information helpful!
Kind Regards!
