Suggest Ways To Completely Heal Penile Adhesions
Question: I had an adult circumcision (I'm 38) due to phimosis at the beginning of October and I wanted to check in on my healing progress.
The scar tissue has all gone now, but the foreskin is still tightly adhered to the glans, just above the corona, and will not retract further. It's particularly tight on one side. This means that erections feel restricted, again, particularly on one side. Is there anything that can be done? There is also some leakage of urine after passing urine
Additionally, I'm unhappy with the physical appearance, will this get any better? My penis also seems quite a lot smaller.
I can provide pictures.
Many thanks,

Brief Answer:
Adhesions if present, can be manually treated by surgeon.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Now it's a month since the circumcision.
The post-operative swelling should've settled.
Adhesions,if seen, can be treated by manual procedure,by the surgeon.
Maintain good penile hygiene at all times.
Your penis appears as normal sized.
You shouldn't be worried about that.
Wish you well.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me, but I don't think you've addressed my question:

What do you mean by "adhesions if seen"??
Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Adhesions is prepuce getting stuck at corona.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
The prepuce is probably a little stuck at one side. This is called adhesions. This can be cleared by the surgeon.
A few drops urine leaking after passing urine, usually is expelled after straining or pushing again.
This is nothing to worry about.
Wish you well.

Again, thanks for getting back to me.
When I had the circumcision, the surgeon said that it was not possible to detach the prepuce from the glans as it was completely attached - I've attached some pictures showing this.

Brief Answer:
Any Urologist could separate the foreskin.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Any Urologist could've separated the foreskin from the glans or head of penis.
It may still be possible, if you see an experienced Urologist.
Wish you well.
