Question: I had unprotected sex with my wife... just after her mensuration cycle... we do not want pregnancy.... can you please let me know what to do now?

she is on novelon medication... will that help? what will b side effects... if she takes novelon and I pill ?

Novelon is most reliable and efficient method of contraception.

If it is considered properly as advice the pregnancy rate is as low as 0.1%.

Hence in her case there is no need of I -pill as she is already taking novelon.

But she should get her pills regularly to avoid pregnancy.
